Nice looking instrument for such a dirty task.
With some dutch companies we are working right now on a second generation cleaning robots, now LabVIEW-powered, called the CyberjEt.
Mainly for automatic tankcleaning after a production run or cleaning garbage trucks.

It still requires mounting a ladder to do it’s job! The dangerous part of gutter cleaning is GOING UP THE LADDER!
